Microsurgery (Phlebectomy); Performed in-the-office and under local anesthesia, this non-surgical procedure allows for the removal of medium to large varicose veins through very small incisions in the skin. Microsurgery takes approximately 20-45 minutes and allows patients to be back to normal activity the next day.

Vein Injection (Sclerotherapy); This non-surgical procedure for eliminating small varicose and spider veins takes approximately 20-30 minutes and is performed in-the-office. Sclerotherapy works by injecting a special agent into the problem vein(s) in order to cause its disappearance. This procedure is virtually pain-less, and patients can immediately resume regular activity.

Ultrasound-guided Laser Ablation; This non-surgical procedure for eliminating larger or more painful varicose veins takes approximately 45 minutes and is perform in-the-office. Using the VenaCure System, a laser fiber is inserted into the vein through a tiny puncture site. The laser energizes the fiber as it is withdrawn from the vein.
